Ashwagandha Tincture

1. What does Ashwagandha do?

Ashwagandha has been used traditionally to manage stress, and brain function like mental clarity, ADD, focus, and reproductive health. It also contains antioxidant properties and is considered an aphrodisiac.

Please note that an extraction in alcohol makes the ashwagandha more bioavailable than grinding up the root into a powder or the powder in a capsule.

Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic plant and has been used in India for more than 6000 years for the reasons listed above. 

4. What’s in our Ashwagandha tincture

Organic Ashwagandha, Brandy.

*** Take this tincture with some kind of fat - a glass of milk, a teaspoon of olive oil, etc. for complete absorption.

Do not take if you have problems with your Thyroid Gland, monitor Blood Glucose closely during use if you’re a diabetic, this can lower your blood sugar, Do not use if you are pregnant.

Keep out of reach of children. If you have allergies to any of these ingredients, do not use this product If you have an allergic reaction, stop taking this product.
