Rhodiola is an Adaptogen that helps balance cortisol thus it can help in the production of progesterone. It also promotes ovarian function and the production of estradiol.

Milk thistle can help support bone loss associated with menopause, and is a source of plant estrogen. Mostly, its function in this blend is to help the liver eliminate any excess build-up of hormones.

Fennel - While we think of it as that yummy additive to food that aids with digestion support blood sugar balance, promote menstruation if you’ve been on the pill for a while and support PMS symptoms.

Mugwort - is mildly estrogenic.

Sage - can promote anti-hyperhidrosis for hot flashes/sweating. It also promotes ovarian function by supporting estradiol hormone release, folliculogenesis, and steroidogenesis.
